Everything was wonderful. We couldn't get the CD player to work. Also there were no instructions on what to do with the towels and linens and I called the front desk hoping to turn in the dirty ones. Another laundry basket to collect them in would have been nice. It was the day before our last day and at that point I wasn't going to call CVR as we certainly had enough clean ones to keep us going. With four snowboards and two skis we appreciated being able to use both lockers. We also couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace...looked all over for the remote or a switch and didn't see instructions anywhere. Really liked having the washer/dryer in the room to dry wet mittens at the end of the day. So many nice ammenities.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll check out the CD player. The fireplaces at Solitude have a thermostat on the wall that heats the main living room. Simply select the temperature you want and the fireplace will do the rest automatically. We will add instructions on the fireplace mantel to make it more clear. Hope you come back soon:)
